1000 reasons you lost a game

(3) Your opponent seems a decent person who's played a really good game until about move 25, when they blundered their queen. You felt so bad you offered a draw, they took three minutes to refuse, and you found you'd lost on time. This may be one of the reasons you're a 450 player who gazes up at the dizzy heights of 600-ratings with envy.
Make a move, then offer a draw. They decline by moving. It uses their time, not yours. Maybe someone already pointed this out, I haven't read the whole thread.

423: you forgot to count how many actual reason were listed in the 1000 reasons you lost a game thread, so you tried to count them and even before page two you realized nobody has the numbers right anymore, but they slap a number on there anyway. But you should have been paying attention to your game.
