I know of a game in which there was an epic King hunt which culminated in the Black King being forced to run to the 1st rank and White had a choice of 0-0-0# or Ke2#...
This is an ugly chess game (both sides made wrongs, and it wasn't that spectacular, my opponent was terrible) but I managed to checkmate my opponent by castling kingside. Have you ever checkmated someone so? Are there any crazy checkmates you can publish here? I want to see how many types of strange checkmates are there.
