We have noticed a very large surge in popularity of our game, Chess. This, along with the fact that we haven't rolled out an update in 800 years, means that it's about time we update the game.
First of all, we have decided to buff the bishop so that it can move one space horizontally or vertically. This is due to many players complaining about bishops being stuck on a single color.
We have also decided to replace the queen with a knight-rook combo piece due to the bishop buff.
Pawns can now promote to a square that can be placed on the edges of the board.
