I don't have the game because it was unrated OTB blitz at my local chess club, but we were playing 5 min blitz and having a light banter during the game. I was in a tough endgame of opposite-colored Bishops and we both had some pawns, but I managed to finagle a way to trap their Bishop. They sacrificed their Bishop for a pawn of mine, so I was just left with a Knight and a single pawn. He made the joke of it being crazy if I underpromoted (probably just reverse psychology to get me to not grab a Queen), so I thought, "what the heck?" and I underpromoted my last pawn into a Bishop with about 1 minute on my clock.
The screams of laughter from them (I was laughing a bit too) attracted a bit of a crowd around our board to see what was going on and then I was able to pull off B+N checkmate with about 10 seconds left 
I didn't realize until then that OTB is longer than online because not only can I not premove, but the main problem is that it costs time to physically move the pieces and hit the clock, so that burns time off of your clock.
That wasn't the only time I got B+N checkmate, but it was probably the funniest one lol
Post a hypothetical position/game that would be hilarious if one side actually fell for the checkmate at the end, and would be even funnier if it happened in top play! Feel free to even include a short story behind it like a fan fiction to explain what happened. Here's an example:
Magnus (white) and Alireza Fourija (black) were playing the championship round at a 10 round tournament..whoever wins the game was gonna get first place...both had won amazing complex endgames their previous 9 rounds. White managed to win blacks queen in a complex tactic that took 8 moves at the cost of 2 Knights, and managed to exchange all the other pieces to reach this winning endgame! But he only has 10 seconds left on the clock where his opponent had 5+ minutes! He sees his queen being threatened.."no way I'm gonna fall for that lol" he thinks as he casually whips his queen back to d1 next to his king trying to coordinate his pieces to then figure out how to break up the black Knights and win one of them...he hits the clock, and instantly his opponent plays ng3#!!! Magnus stands up in horror, the absolute shock causes his brain to zone out and he collapses on the floor, later carried out on a stretcher to be checked out by EMTs, as Alireza slams those two kings on d4 and e5, hops up on top of the table and screams "YAAAAAAAAEEEAAAAAAAAHHH" a 10x more intense version of Levi when he hangs mate in 1 but the opposite energy since he won.
So yeah post a funny checkmate sequence with a hypothetical short story behind it ending in a cool checkmate and a hilarious outcome among the players!
