This is Korean chess.
In my town, there are a lot of Koreans. To begin to understand who they are, I look at their games. (That's a good idea for all cultures).
They take Chinese chess and tweaked it. That's a good metaphor for what Korean is. They take Chinese stuff and tweak it.

Significant Checkmate Chess; the losing player gets:
-Excommunicated by the pope if a bishop checkmates
-Run over by a car if the Rook checkmates (Rook=Chariot, work with me)
-Teleported back in time to the French revolution and decapitated if the Pawn checkmates (Pawn is generally considered to be a peasant)
-Trampled in a stampede if Knight checkmates
-Excommunicated...and then run over if the Queen checkmates. (Bishop+Rook = Queen)

#49 what happens if someone is stalemated? They have no legal moves, but it’s not check so it can’t be checkmate.
Basicly chess but with a dragon the dragon moves like a rook and knight worth about 7 points the dragon is placed in the 3rd rank for white for black it is 6th rank
