Boxing chess

It’s life size chess, where the pieces are the boxers. When a piece gets moved, you move the person. When the pieces capture each other, that’s when it gets interesting. The pieces (players) have to box in an arena. Whichever piece wins, gets to take place on that square. When there is a check, the King gets to decide to move, or box with that piece. They also get to choose to block with a piece that is able to block the king. If any type of draw is to occur, the two kings are forced to battle in the boxing arena. Whoever wins the boxing match wins the chess game. The kings will most likely be the best boxers of the board, as they will be most targeted.

regicide chess. the king is captured instead of checkmated. it sounds very basic but it means players have to pay more attention to where they move. it is suuupppper fun.
