shape shifter. can stretch and grab anyy piece and put it on any square. can also shake the board. and crush pieces.
CREATE THE BEST/WORST CHESS PIECES

The Alibaba Machine(Ÿ): moves as king. Creates one ally alibaba every 8 moves. If you do not understand what ‘alibaba’ is, it’s a fairy piece that jumps two squares horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Alibaba Machine Starts on either c5 or f6, depending on the color. If a player is distracted by an Alibaba Machine, then it explodes 💥 and one of the players gets wounds and must go to the hospital.

fire bender: can set two squares in any direction on fire for 3 turns. if any piece move into the fire, it is set on fire and taken after two turns, unless extinguished by water bender which i will explain later. fire bender moves like a rook. using fire ability counts as one turn.

The wobble.
whenever a piece moves it moves forward (roll a dice 1-6) and falls over either left or right (player chooses) and wipes out any pieces on that square. when it gets to the 8th rank it is put on the first rank. It also wipes out any pieces in front of it any time you put one there. If it falls on the king the other player (which it did not fall over on) wins.

(Worst) - The peasant
Exchange - 0.5
Moves 6-9 squares diagonally, unless blocked by any piece, can't capture anything except for a fez, pawn, or peasant
(Worst) The Horse
Exchange - 0.5
Can do 2 or 3 knight moves unless blocked at all by any piece
(Best) King the 1st
Exchange (40)
can move anywhere on the board that isn't occupied (can capture if the route isn't blocked)
(Absolute Worst) aaaaa
the aaaaa can't move. it can't be captured so it basically blocks your path

The Bishop Machine(Ñ): moves and captures like king and dabbaba.
Any opponent’s piece (except the king)one square away is turned into a bishop . It can’t capture bishops.
If the white bishop is a Bishop Machine, white plays Ñd5, turning black’s queen into a bishop.

The Bishop Machine Machine(Ń): moves diagonally 1 square but can’t capture.
Every 10 moves it creates a Bishop Machine.

another 1
(OVER POWERED) Iron man (wasn't he in medieval times once)
Has the moves of a king (imagine it is the king)
Iron man for some reason cant move unless he is on the ground (explained later)
iron man can move and then shoot a laser in any direction, 1 piece blocking it is no issue but if its 2 or up, it has to fly up and NOT MOVE. it hits EVERY ENEMY in the laser that you shot.
North - iron man interacts differently with kings then any other piece, if he choses to attack it, than if the king wants to survive, it has to move out of the way
I already explained the others and I know this was badly made.

fire bender: can set two squares in any direction on fire for 3 turns. if any piece move into the fire, it is set on fire and taken after two turns, unless extinguished by water bender which i will explain later. fire bender moves like a rook. using fire ability counts as one turn.
here is the water bender. can use a high powered water beam to push any piece onto the back rank. can extinguish ally pieces . abilities count as one turn.

The Protector piece: The King will not be checkmated as long as the Protector is alive. Moves like a queen
Poisoner: Will spread purple poison on the square its on and the squares around itself when defeated. The piece that takes the poisoner will get defeated, and any piece that lands on the poison it spread will be defeated, even your own pieces. Also, both kings can not step on the poison.
The Traveler: Can move like queen and knight combined. Only one piece in a game, and will help the person if they give away all pieces left(except for their king, of course). Works well in end games. and will betray their own side if the other side sacrifices more pieces.
The helper(Á): starts on a random unoccupied square. Moves like bishop and knight. Will only come in the game when you have 3 pieces(not counting the king) or less. works pretty well in endgames.
The EXTRA helper(Â): rules are the same as a helper ⬆️ , but will only help the FIRST player who has 3 pieces(not counting the king) or less. Only one in a game, and it’s controlled by a third player. The color for the third player is red.
The Mesmerizing Trap. This piece floats in the air and changes colors every second from black to white. When the players get distracted, the piece hits the board and explodes.
