CREATE THE BEST/WORST CHESS PIECES

The Hansen. Can move to any opposite colored square on the board, moves up to 4 times in one turn. If it cannot be captured, the enemy king is checkmated.

like it?

the airplane, it moves similarly to a knight but you can choose the radius freely. however you're forced to make airplane noises whenever you move this piece or you'll instantly lose the game.
I like this alot, they fixed the bishop limitation in the 1200's why not expand the knight
If I'm understanding you correctly, it could capture any pawn on the board, that's alot of squares; even the queen would call that O.P.
EDIT: I forgot 1 up and zero over pawns above; here's one with a airplane in the corner

One for best and worst lol. WORST: A little pawn called "bystander". all he does is move around and he can't eat chess pieces, or checkmate. BEST: A super queen called,"Explorer". This piece can move in any direction like a queen, and can eat as many pawns unless there is a one-space gap between each piece.

THE NANI
The NANI shout's "NANI?!?!" when it reaches the other end of the board and eats any piece, except the king. each game has four, replacing all the rooks and knights.

The Donut:
Takes up eight spaces like this:
Both sides can take it. If a piece eats it, it gains another turn, but cannot keep eating the donut.

The nwap entry for worst/most useless piece
movement: identical to pawn
captures: only square directly behind it
The nwap promotes to a pawn and moves to the first rank on it's promotion file or an adjacent file if an enemy is on the first rank in it. Promotion is a separate move for a nwap and can only be done if it's desination square is not occupied and no enemy's occupy the adjacent squares.
The Dhay (h is silent) entry for best/feasible peice
movement and capture, opposite of knight:
played on a 10x10 board with dhays between knights and bishops (notice theres a dark and light squared dhay, how bishops are to rooks, dhays are to knights) and a row of 8 nwaps in front of your pawns.

Did the judging occur yet? I think mine are pretty good. Of course there's more useless/useful; but the nwap and dhay would actually be playable and induce strategy.

Dine: moves as king. It can spin its tail, capturing all opponent’s pieces(including pawns from both sides) in a range of 1, but that costs a turn. It can also make a hole on the square it’s on. These holes can’t be crossed and can capture a maximum of 3 pieces before they fill up, but that also costs a turn. Dines and kings are immune to holes. When only pawns and kings are left on the board, then it promotes to a dine queen and two random pieces are generated. Pawns: 30% Knights: 23% bishops: 20% rooks: 10% queens:10% Dines: 7%. The dine queen moves like a queen but the maximum range of movement is 3 squares. Other rules of the Dine Queen are the same, but can’t further promote.
The builder: can build bridges on holes to make them crossable. If a piece if captured on a bridge, then gain an extra turn. If a pawn promotes on one, it goes back to its starting square but still promotes.
