If you like me get adrenaline kick in chess when you eye either victory or defeat is in your grasp (or about to escape it) you may actually get a health boost. I was worried that maybe this bouts of adrenaline rushing through me during especially the 3 or 1 minute games and also some 10 minutes, would have some kind of stress related negative effects. But thankfully it seems it is the opposite.
Chess is not only fun, it is healthy and the reason can be the same!
