I sacrificed my king and Idk but... Did I lose the game?

Eh I think you'll be fine
For a while people would try to sacrifice their king in OTB blitz games (moving it right next to the opponent's king) and then claim an automatic win because the opponent played the illegal KxK and playing an illegal move in blitz would be deemed a loss. Only weak arbiters accepted that logic.
