Is this position legal?

shouldn't it be theoretically possible? h5 pawn is from f-file which means that it has captured material twice, a5 from c-file= two captures a7 pawn from d-file =three captures. 2+2+3=7 and Black has 7 minor pieces

Yep white's pawns are fine but black's are not.

the second one can be done because of knight's amazing movement or with their rooks and the first one has million ways :)
