Is this position legal?

shouldn't it be theoretically possible? h5 pawn is from f-file which means that it has captured material twice, a5 from c-file= two captures a7 pawn from d-file =three captures. 2+2+3=7 and Black has 7 minor pieces

I wasn't supposed to do it, because I'm working on my novel but let's give her a try

@ fancy it's impossible because Black needs 8 captures to get his pawn formation
