Pretty easy.  I found it after realizing that both the white bishop and queen had open diagonals.

is it possible for white to have promoted a pawn to a white squared B,(white has 2) and after Bxg8 doesnt a6 stop any mate on next move?

k-scope, count the black pawns, look at f8, then look at f6 :)
