Interesting question. The program stops evaluating moves as blunders if the position gets unbalanced enough. I suppose that if the blunders were offset by counter-blunders, it would probably start counting moves as blunders again.
What is the most you've seen? I'm pretty sure I've seen reports of at least 13, with 6 on one side and 7 on the other.
