In 2004 Mark Thatcher, the son of Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, was arrested in South Africa.
He was charged with hiring merceneries to overthrow the government of Equatorial Guinea.
He was fined $500,000 for breaking South Africa's law about its citizens engaging in military actions against other nations.
All of that was completely true.
