1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cd 4.Nd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 black loses on time

I'd like to know which GUI allows the simultaneous use of two different time controls. I'd like to know that for the sole reason of avoiding that GUI like the plague.
