 I've been on this site for, like, a hundred years, and this is the first time I've seen anyone say "I am sorry." I am still stunned while typing this line.

Yes, great.  Someone takes the time to be creative and original and thats the limit of your response.  Please delete what you have put, ReasonableDoubt.

 Try thinking from my perspective.  This is the only place I have to show the stories I write.  I write exclusively chess stuff because it is what I love doing.  It brings me joy and it helps me escape a life that is at best mundane otherwise, at worst...well you don't want to know about at worst.  Point is this is not some random "Who is the best GM?" type thread.  It is something which I hope contributes a little more.  Pictures of tins of spam or mates that are unsound add nothing to it.  I welcome comments on my stories/puzzles/poems - negative or positive - your "joke" and his post just make me feel I am wasting my time.

 I think you misinterpret me.  I am not asking for acclaim, just relevance.  Trolling as if I am saying "I am great" does not flatter you.

Second time you have attempted a jibe on my account name.  Given that it is an angram of my real name, it is 100 times more clever than your remark.  Echecs, when I first started posting on forums I thought you were funny - then I saw what a nasty person you could be when you wanted.  Not just to me, either.  Just act your age for once.  Some of us do not need your abuse.
