Always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I'll ask all Caucasians here: How many times Have you had specifically racial insults hurled at you after winning a game on this platform? I will guess NONE! I've played thousands of games and had such an experience a handful of times. I simple block the offender and move on. However, when I read comments here so dismissive of the problem of racism , it almost feels as insulting and problematic as the out and out racist. Because people A ARE and HAVE BEEN racist, every aspect of human civilization REFLECTS that fact.

Ooh slippery slopes from here on D29. I am clearly not on Harbinger's level of vernacular eloquence, but what I can tell you from experience, is that the US has a tough road ahead. I can joke, you can be owned and we can both laugh and play a medieval twotone game over a glass of the worlds finest. No harm done and all friends, I don't even know if you speak Martian and you won't even care if I prefer checkers over chess. But it's clear from all that's happening in the world today that not everybody is on that level of maturity yet, and once Harbinger's so-called small minded fractionists turn every conversation into a political peeing contest, I'd rather move on to the next chat before I get caught in the splash.....

This is probably not the forum for it, but no, defund the police does not mean take away all its money such that there is no police force.
It means, basically, that the US relies on the police force to handle too many situations, most of which officers are not adequately trained for. And therefore, the US police force could be brought more in line with other developed countries, in instead letting some situations be handled by mental health carers, community workers or drug rehabilitation facilities etc etc

This is incredibly stupid, applying the concept of race to an inanimate object simply because it shares the name of a colour that is colloquially used to refer to Caucasian people.
Btw there is an option in the pieces setting for black to move first.

There is no uniform definition of it, that is only your interpretation.

I was inactive between the time I got on chess.com and 10/25/19 and between 10/25/19 and the lockdown I only played 4 player chess
