Not to seem like I'm bragging, but I actually won my first game on chess.com. It was really weird - we played like 3 or 4 moves, and then my opponent resigned. To this day, that is still the earliest resignation that I've gotten from an opponent.
O, and by the way, after winning that first game, I lost my next, like, 4 or 5 games.

An opponent resigned I played after two moves twice. 1. d4 Nf6 2.e4 Nxe4. Same moves both times.
