I probably don't understand your request, but a .pgn of your games is available through the server's features and ChessBase Lite from the ChessBase site is available to store and analyze games in .pgn format.

Know of any timelapse chess software out there? i.e. it will make a timelapse video of the game and let me go back and analyse it? Any help much appreciated!
