Just relax and play the position rather than the opponent. Over the board play is a bit more emotional than correspondence play. Try playing some games on chess.com that are one move a day, for example, rather than live chess, as a way of playing with less emotional attachment. I would happily analyse one of your games if that would help.

I am a biginner to chess. I found my weakness that, if I play well, when my opponent call a check, then I looses all of my concentration and do blunder movements ( althoug my opponent's move is not good one). After that, all of my moves are blunders and I loose the game. What I do to escape from this?
