I think most people will choose en passant, but some people may have done it already and some will want a castling/king mate and go for castle. But I haven't done en passant mate so I'd go for EN PASSANT!!!

1. Castle mate because there is a secret achievement for it, not so for en passant. It also gets you the ‘killer king’ achievement.
2. So long as both sides have the disire to win (as athlblue mentioned, Qexe6 is stalemate, white would win, as they have multiple kings, which each need to be checkmated to win
