What People Do When They Win

Polietly point out their mistakes, acknowledge yours, ask them what you might have missed, and ask for a rematch. 2 out of 3. 3 out of 5. 5 out of 7. Stop.
What I do is when I checkmate someone, I sit there and let them realize it's checkmate and shake hands. After, I might do a quick analysis with them trying to figure out what went wrong for whomever depending on the situation. My last game I played, I checkmated my opponent and he sat there for like 3 seconds shocked that he had blundered checkmate, realized that he lost, and walked right out the tournament room without saying good game or shaking hands or anything.
I think he didn't really have any time
