Which pieces would you prefer? #3

Which pieces would you prefer in this position as white, assuming that they can be anywhere in the starting position with black to move.

NOTE: Position has to be legally reachable.

Choices:

A: Q

B: 2B + N

C: 2N + B

I'd definitely want a bishop on e7.

Sorry both of you. I realised the flaw before you did, so I changed it.

bishop on e7, knight on f8

Knight on b5, bishop on h1, and bishop on c7.  The knight can go over to the kingside in back of the black pawns.  A bishop on h1 protects the open diagonal.  Since it is white to move, a bishop on c7 would mean that our opponent will lose their queen.

How about this:

It looks like it might just be a draw with a queen.
