I made a wallpaper for my new laptop:

I want to know if anyone has better 3D models (more detailed) that can be screenshotted and put into a picture. Like these from Fritz. But better.

I'm not sure there are any free 3d programs, certainly none I have come across.

Free 3D software?

There's always Blender and Wings 3D. I prefer Blender; it's more powerful. Although admittedly; I haven't used Wings much.
