It doesn't, because it considers the best possible move to be the "natural" move, and any moves that are worse will be marked ?! ? ?? (even though they aren't necessarily bad, they are just comparatively worse than the best move). However, in most cases, the ?? moves are really blunders because they considerably weaken your position (with correct play from your opponent). If your move wasn't marked ?! ? or ?? and it increased your score, it is probably ! or !!. That's where human analysis comes into play.
