+0.0 vs +-0.0 is there a difference?

When analyzing a game, sometimes the computer would show +0.0 and sometimes it would say +-0.0. Im curious what the difference is. Im asuming one might mean equal and the other means it sees a forced draw but im not sure.
I have no idea. I have been searching for an answer to this question for so long to no avail
