A bad game, and also my best checkmate so far. (Beginner)

I need tips for coordination of pieces, cause I think I'm focusing more on attacks. I'm Black.

corum

You played well. And you won the game.

When you played 20. ... d6 I think I would have played 20. ... Nxf3+. The queen cannot take so white has to take with the pawn, weakening the pawns around the king.

But apart from that, very well played. I did not really notice a great deal wrong. If you want advice about your play, posting games where you lost is probably a better idea.

I didn't notice any problem with piece coordination here nor any over focus on your attacks.

nice game ezracheese

This is not a beginner game. Black is either a very experienced (probably master) player with fine board vision and understanding of nuances in tactics, development, harmony and the attack - or black is something else altogether.

The more I look at this game, the less it looks human.

Masters don't make so many mistakes in a row (Black's moves from 10 to 16 are flawed, almost all of them).

Could you enlighten us on how humans play?

I'm not experienced, I'm eleven years old and have 2 months of experience. I just have a pretty high IQ (last iq test was 130) and understand the tactics ang development of pieces early on. Now I'm rated 900 and aiming for 1200.

I would love to play with you, it would be interesting to me...

Corum, not to be be bragging, but I haven't lost for a while except when our wifi was not workin and the game didn't continue, technically I won 7 or 8 games in a row.

Xero, I will when I'm prepared, I am just scared to face a rated 1200+ chess player, I'll add you now.

(IM Pfren) I beg your pardon. Look at the ratings of these players. The guy is telling you that he's a beginner.

Does this really look like a 900-rated, or even a 1600-rated game to you?

The in between moves? The threats of mate while avoiding recaptures? The long-range defense by rooks along a rank?

The cool pawn grabbing, seeing that the Q is safe then safely extricating it? The having one of your pieces captured, then recapturing another piece on another square?

And of course, the smooth development, the lack of obvious game-throwing blunders?

Are you serious??

In this game, each and every move played by black has a clear purpose. Black plays this game in an energetic manner typical of players rated 2000 at the very least.

A slight exception might be ...Qb5 - but I'm not even sure about that.

I sometimes get the feeling that you're posting just to make somebody wrong or to try and embarrass somebody, and without too much thinking - like some kind of a high-level troll... kind of trolling people with a high level and a pink background...

True, not everybody can do it, but still...

And make no mistake - I do have the highest appreciation and respect for your chess knowledge and erudition.

Sorry, I'm not buying any of that. Anybody looking at your ratings would reach the same conclusion.

And this game you posted here has nothing to do with either your ratings or with playing for two months.
