You should be able to have the game analyzed by chess.com's Hal 9000 or whatever it is they're using to analyze members' games with. By all means do so while waiting for some carbon-based input on your game. As a diamond member can have all your games here analyzed by the chess.com's silicon monster, which is a feature you should utilize routinely.
Analyse my game with me?
Study openings: 2. h3 is completely useless and wastes a move.
10. Bxc7 would have won a pawn.
17. Bg3 would have trapped your opponent's queen.
19. Kg2 would have protected your h-pawn.
22... f5 would have forked your rook and knight.
28. Re1 allowed your opponent's dark-squared bishop to escape, or would have had he cared enough to protect it. As it is, your opponent didn't put up much of a fight after relinquishing his attack.
Other than that, your attack was straightforward and well executed.
I just skimmed through it really but I hope this helps
shouldve played bishop g3 at move 16 instead of rook e4, it would have won his queen. Idk why you didnt take the pawn at g3 later on. Also black playing e5 wouldve stopped mate later on
lots of really ''meh'' moves played throughout. 2.h3 seems weak
his opening put me off at first, but i just developed my pieces as best i can and it turned out well. i can see i made a fair few innacurate moves, and a blunder or two that my opponent didnt see (phew)
i had skynet analyse the game overnight, i will look through it now, but a computer lacks the same train of thought of opponents i will face. Human input is still nice!
so theres a game i just played. i thought his opening was kind of weak, and i put pressure on his queen to develop my pieces without him being able to (if he still wanted a queen). I made a blunder or two in the midgame, i am weak in the mid game, and almost got myself checkmated if not for my trusty knight.
I am very new to playing chess seriously, i hadnt played a game before i joined this site (a few days ago) for years.
How do you think i went? Where can i improve? What did i do seriously wrong/right?
