I only looked as far as move 8, as I'm in a hurry and that sequence just stood out like a sore thumb. I'll post more thoughts when I get home.

There is not much to analyse, I'm sure you could point out most of the mistakes your oppenent played and you punished him/her for them. I reckon you would be better off exchanging queens with 8. Qxd8 and especially one move later with 9. Qxd8. You prevent him castling with his king in an exposed position. 8... Bg4 is a mistake because of 9. Qxd8 Kxd8 10. Bd5 and the rook will fall. You could have even played Bxf7 before the queen exchange as he can not take without losing the queen.
