Apu's Gambit

This is an opening gambit/trap I decided to give a whirl. See if you like it. But I sure as hell enjoyed pulling this one on this guy when he accepted it. And yes I do realize that around move 9 to move 10 is where I can really mess it up. But enjoy.

thats the fried liver

KripTik

That was pretty good. I love the Fried Liver Attack.

alahoy

Wow! This is good especially at blitz.

Thanks for the idea.

omg... All this time I have been looking for the fried liver and this is it? I have not been able to find the opening sequences of this famous fried liver. Thank you =)

yanislavgalyov

well, yes, this is Fried liver attack, but nobody plays 8. .. Nd4? . Nobody, who has some idea about this situation :)

Kernicterus

um, I think someone needs an introduction to...google?  yahoo?  you can find info on almost any opening.

Kernicterus

More interesting...when I first wanted to find out what I was playing, I figured there must be some kind of name for it.  Amusing that you'd just assume there is no name already...and that you'd made something new.

LSTGVoodoo

Wow, I never heard of google. I said opening sequences the chess annotation of the game. And I did look it up and I could not find the annotations for the game so good for you kid.

Thats the thing, I wanted to make him lose his ability to castle and bring his king out. I figured if he moved ND4 that he would be in trouble. What move could he do instead of 8. ND4?

bobmacambob

there is also the Lolli attack. I prefer the lolli attack.

This is one thing that can happen.

Looks like you need to brush up on your reading skills sweetheart. I didn't know the name so thats why I posted it for everyone to analyze and I labeled it a Apu's gambit because of what I told the guy when I beat him. I said it's an opening trap/gambit I gave a whrl not something I "created".

[edited.   either say something fit for a family friendly site or keep quiet.]

The "famous fried liver" attack that you have not been able to find can be found easily with google or any other search engine, genius.

Repeating yourself doesn't make you more intelligent. But it's a good attempt and I already know what those last two are, I am just nicely pointing out your character flaws =)

Kernicterus

I think the fact that you tried to rename an elementary opening says enough.  lol.

I believe the strongest refutation known by theory goes like this:
