Balanced Pirc

Playing against Fritz 11 i reached this position as white. I just want to know what ideas or plans or variations you could give for the white player AND for the black player. Basically, assess this position and give your thoughts and say who is winning too. I must admit it is quite balanced but where do you think this game is going?!

For readers of Silmans books, what are the imbalances in the position. What are whites/blacks favourable imbalances and what are the disadvantages in both camps.

woops!

i must edit the diagram! there is a piece extra for black! ha EDIT!

The real position is up now. Sorry about that. I should be more careful. Thats the second time i entered either wrong moves or wrong position without double checking. The position is fixed now.

Black has the bishop pair, so it would be wise to trade one of them off with Bh6.  White does not have to cash in on the backward pawn immediately afterwards.  He can reroute his knight on c3 which is doing nothing with Nc3-e2-g3.  Then he can play for an f2-f4-f5 advance and gain space on the kingside.  Black's plan is to play to get his Knight on an active square with Bf5 followed by taking on d3 and playing Nb4. White is better here.  He needs to convert his advantages into a win.

Bh6 is my move in this position..after Bg7 my idea is Ne2-g3 and f4-f5.. hoping to attack.. White is a little bit better
