In live chess anything can happen. A 100 ratings points means little as the clock runs out.

Black would win after 26. Bxg3.

White could try earlier 21. Bg2 or something similiar.

This clearly looks like bullet. None rated over 1700 would miss 24...Qh3 with mate next move (between other things), even in blitz, even with ten seconds left.

EDIT : wrote too fast, there is Qf1 Embarassed

Wel, there are still big mistakes, but for sure I'm not qualified to point them...
