Beginner Having Trouble Planning Attacks

Although I won, I did not have a clear mindset or idea of how to create a sound plan, I kind of just reacted and looked for simple openings. I feel like I play this way every game, and I am hoping I can receive some feedback on how to start thinking out plans properly. Thanks!
