 I think you played quite well...-- your opponent played too poorly to let us see you tested. 

15.Rfe1 is an ok move but I think I prefer Nf5;with the idea Nx6; Ng4... the N posted on g4 would have been quite strong, ready to pounce and support an attack on the Black King. But you needed to deal with the problem on the long dark diagonal.. he's attacking your Nc3...

15....Qb4 16.Nh5!?  Did you calculate that after 16.Bxc3 a3 you don't lose material? Or did you catch a break? 

17.Qxc3?? Qxc3 is a nonsense move, I guess time pressure led to this silly blunder there's not a lot of point in discussing the game beyond this point. You crush him as you should... 

FWIW although Qxb7 is certainly winning, better was Qxe5 and Qg7# next move.

Umm... it is 17...Qxc3?? 18.Bxc3
