Can some explain to me why kf1 is such a good move? It makes no sense to me
Best move in position explanation
The queens are about to get traded. It is good to bring the king to the center in the endgame.
Also Kf1 allows you to chase a black knight from g4 by playing f3 and giving up pawn d4, but so that ... Qxd4 is not with check.
so it is prophylactic against queen check on d4 and improves king activity for the endgame?, still that the computer claims it is 2 points(pawns) better than any other move is not clear, like +4 should be winning easily, however in my opinion there is no clear win with kf1, I guess the engine sees far enough ahead

This is absolutely not the reason why. The real reason is purely tactical.
If you make a random move, black will trade queens and get into an endgame by playing 1. - Qxe5 2. dxe5 Re8. White can't take the f6 knight because the e1 rook would be hanging. Whatever you do, black is fine.
Kf1 defends the rook. Now black can't trade queens, and white's kingside attack wins (because the engine says so).
