Better move here?

Here is my one of the recent game.

I had chess.com done the analysis and it suggested my 20th move should be 20. Rxf7. And then the suggest black's 20th move was 20. ..Qc8.

My question is why wouldn't black do 20. ..Rxf7 - taking back White's Rook ?

would appreciate your responses.. tahnks.

I have written some variations for you. Check them out. In short,taking back with the rook means trouble for Black.
If 21...Re7 there is 22.Qg8#,i forgot to add that in the diagram.
