Blindfold game

I used to play Blindfolded simuls when I coach, and my only advise would be to concentrate in having the position pictured in your head..
Yeah my biggest problem is that I know where all the pieces are except I get the colors on the squares confused and so visualizing the movement of the pieces is hard, perhaps I need to memorize the board
That's impressive. Did you at any point have trouble remembering where your opponents pieces were at?
This is my first full blindfold game, and it ended in the draw. I missed a few chances to get ahead. Any tips for playing blindfold chess? Here is the game
