good game, don't really know what white could have done though to get out of the pending checkmate
I was talking with Cheng after the game, and what would have ended up happening would be something like his queen keeps checking and getting closer to my king, until he can eventually get something like checkmate. If it was my move, this would be a completely different situation.
26. ... Rd3 looks cute at first, but all it accomplishes is getting white's rook to the d-file making the Rxg7 sacrifice possible. I think 26. Rh3 threatening mate on h2 as well as Qf3+ forking the king and rook is better. White is probably forced to find a perpetual after 27. Rxg7+ Kxg7. The only other try is 27. Qb7 defending the mate, but black has 27. ... Qf3+ 28. Kg1 Qxd1+ 29. Kg2 Qf3+ 30. Kg1

And, of course, this was a blitz game... and we were both down to around 30 seconds to 1 minute at move 26 (approximately).
Also, any comments about black's move 28?
