The b4 move (either immediately or after first Nd5) will win the Black a-Pawn by chasing away the Knight that obstructs your Bishop's diagonal.
Once the a-Pawn falls, Black's King-position starts getting exposed to attack.

But as always with these things, "blunder" is a misnomer. It really should be "missed opportunity"...
Yes that sounds much better than "blunder", maybe chess.com could change the wording in analysis so that players like me who "miss opportunities" regularly won't feel so bad.
Hi, I am a low level player and I was just playing this game. After it finished i used the analysis board to go through the moves and I was wondering why on move 11 Bxc5 it considered this to be a blunder and that the best move was b4. I'm guessing it probably wasn't the best move to make but why was it a blunder? So I was hoping that maybe someone with better chess skills could see why the analysis says it was a blunder.
