In my opinion the draw was early, you have a pawn advantage, my play would have been Rf8 , his most likely reply would have been Rg1 Rf3+ (same reply with Rh1 or almost any other move), at this point if he retreated with Kg2 reply Kf5, if he would retreat with Kh2 replu e5 either way you would be in position to increase your material advantage.
can I make any progress here? both of our bishops suck because theyre on the same colour as all of their pawns. I don't see any way of advancing my passed pawn with the bishop able to blockade and the d4 square being blocked off from me
