Can someone look at my last game?

My most recent game started with queens gambit declined, which I don’t know how to play. He had me by one move pretty much the entire game and somehow it shifted at the end and I easily queened a pawn, but I can’t figure out when or why the transfer in power occurred. Can someone shed some light? I don’t know how to attach games or I would’ve done that. Maybe tell me how to do that as well? Go easy on me, it’s full of blunders! Thanks!!
