I believe you. I figured it out beforehand. The problem is that you must have forgotten to flip the board when you were putting it in here. Because of that, when I was trying to verify that I was correct, the board showed that Black was moving down instead of up and White was moving up instead of down, which meant the intended mate didn't work at all. I merely fixed the issue in my comment so that other people wouldn't get confused and think they were going crazy.

Don't worry. It happens to the best of us...and I do apologize for being a little bit passive-aggressive about it.
