It feels like somewhere in the range 1200-1400. Im gonna say 1350.

At a glance...

 

White didn't really make any mistakes until about the 15th move.  Black has managed to tie themselves in all kinds of knots but didn't really make any obvious error until the loss of their Queen at about the 35th move. 

 

I'd say both players are fairly reasonable and would be 1450-1550 rating.  Say 1500 at a guess.

I thought black played terrible, but white played fine considering it was a blitz game and her rating. My .2 anyway
