My opponent is rated 1123 so i assume i missed some chances. It was a 5 min game and i won on time but got destroyed on the board

maybe 12.d5 was just bad. I also have to say 18...Bc3 was impressive i would have taken on b2 instead

12.d5 should be roughly equal (Stockfish says Black gets a tiny edge, but it's still the preferred move).

I'd take a second look at the queen moves starting on move 15.  You get chased around for no particular gain.  Well, except time, which is important.  15.Bxc3 should be slightly better, but it's pretty draw-ish, and it doesn't force Black to think at all.

Hi yeah 15.Bxc6 is a good suggestion. I did decide to not to it because after 15.Bxc6 Qxd1 16.Rxd1 bxc6 i think white strategically lost. He cant move the bishop as that loses the pawn on b2 which means the rook on a1 is also out of play. I cant find any way to get it out. the bishop on f5 can go e4 and d5 and there its a incredible good bishop protected by the cpawn. i think white is lost

Engines suck at openings.  White blundered to make d5 better than it has to be.  1.e4 and 2. c4 is garbage.

even if 2.c4 isnt best its played at GM level a 1100 player shouldnt be able to defeat it so easy i think. i did won on time but still

found a book on 2.c4

yeah thats a good alternative i think. i was 50/50 on taking on d5 with knight on bishop first but decided i wanted the bishoppair but if i had realised how much trouble Bf6 would give me i might have tried your suggestion. i bought a book now so life will be easier. i had alot of fun wins in the 2.c4 caro kann so im not giving it up

That book is outdated,  see the line I posted above.  Black gets a comfy edge against 1. e4 2. c4 and should easily convert

your analysis could be right but my book doesnt recommend Bb5 it recommends instead 5.Nc3 Nxd5 6.Nf3 going for a standard IQP position
