Does anyone know of any game played by famous players through which a checkmate has occured by castling? If yes, please post the game...

Surprisingly the mate was given via the rook attacking the king vertically down the F-file

I surmise the better players castle early if they can, and if they can't, they don't let their king wander all the way to the opponent's home row. I had a castling checkmate against an easy bot, but reviewing the transcript I see that I could have won much earlier on in the game.
