Chess.com has general rules against stalling.

US Chess has 18G1 which explicitly calls such behavior unsportsmanlike and can result in an arbiter immediately adjudicating the game upon the request of the opponent.

FIDE has rule 12.6: It is forbidden to distract or annoy the opponent in any manner whatsoever.

and deliberate violation of the rules can result in actions including the arbiter declaring the game lost.

So you can try it, lose the game, and be on the arbiters' radar for the remainder of the event and possibly for future events as well.

This is just stalling

As far as online, it can work. I doubt this can be done in person.

Do you seriously want to win this way. You get cybo rating point without any financial gain over someone who played better than you. A better way would be simply play better!

Doing this trick is against chess.com rules as it is just stalling. And stalling isn’t allowed.

The kid is presumably a 8-year-old who never heard about fair play. Nor about spamming.
