I lost because I had no idea how to develop my pieces and no idea how to formulate a plan against an unusual opening. I blundered a pawn, then lost more material when I also had a positional disadvantage. This was an OTB game, 30 minutes with a 5 second delay. I was behind on time throughout the game, and resigned with 12 minutes left while my opponent had 22 minutes. I know what my mistakes were, but don't know what was the best course of action. I have not done the computer analysis.
