Converting OTB games for analysis

Hi,
I play OTB games in our local chess leagues and I enter a few OTB congresses. We obviously record our games with pen and paper. I need a program that will allow me to key in the moves and then allow me to annotate the game with my own thoughts, allow others in this forum and elsewhere to put their notes and finally let me do a computer analysis. Any suggestions?
