what are you on about Facebook? Their chess titles are obtained by long play games....not silly 1 minute chess!? Yes, there is some fun in 1 minute chess as you can examine tabiya positions very quickly, but ultimately, I have come across strong OTB player that are quite hopeless at 1 minute and vice versa......
Now 3 minute chess where you can at least have some thinking time is more worthy as a beneficial form of chess practice.
