Did I miss a Win?
I think this line might win: 24...Nxe5 25.dxc5 Bh4 Red1 Bg3 and it leads to lines where black captures white's bishop, promotes his pawn to a queen and mate.
I don't see any clear win.
23 or 24....Nxe5 gives you a small advantage.
You can draw with 25 ... bxc6, 26 Qa6+ Kd8 (26 ... Kb8 leads to the same position) 27 Nxc6+ Kc7, 28 Qxa7+ Kd6!, 29 Ba3+ Kxc6, and White can only get a perpetual. Seeing all of this isn't an easy task, though.
Your combination with 28 ... Rxg2+! is excellent. Unfortunately, you missed the correct followup with 32 ... Qe6+, 33 Qe4 Bxe1, which gives you an equal game.

Thanks Tom, I did look at 25 ... bxc6, 26 Qa6+ Kd8 (26 ... Kb8 leads to the same position) 27 Nxc6+ Kc7, but I think 28 Nxe7+ leads to mate which ever way the king goes with Qc8++. I thought/think the rook can not be captured
I did miss the Qe6+ to lead me to an equal game - thanks for helping me find that.
